  Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru, finally asked what we wanted one we started the order we were told they couldn't take our order due to the drive through being swamped and the dining room. There were two cars in the parking lot and one family eating. Terrible service!

  Thanks to whoever is responsible for getting new management at our Hardees!It's been a year and a half over due.I went through this morning and got a couple of biscuits and they were quite honestly two of the best I've ever had at any Hardees, and I've eaten a lot of Hardees biscuits!As a matter of fact they were the first edible biscuits I've gotten at this Hardees since it opened. I've thrown away as much biscuit as I've eaten from there since it opened. I'm hopeful that this is going to be the new norm here and highly recommend people to try this place again if they have been unhappy in the past like I was.

  Was down there last wed. Lady on the mic was short with us and acted like we were wasting her time. Guy at the window was horrible. Didnt say a word. Didnt say thanks and just tossed our food out the window and slamed the door shut and went back to playing on his phoe. We had to check the bag to see if we had our complete order or not. Crappy place to eat....

  Very friendly polite employees. Horribly subpar food and service time. Manager was there the entire time standing around doing nothing . Good employees incompetent management and training.
