  For the second time in the past month when ordering I always order medium well my partner orders his medium rare yet both times mine was Les done than his. This time at the end of my meal when the waitress asked if everything was okay, I then tried to tell her what the deal was she grabbed my steak and back to the kitchen my steak and her flew. 15 minutes later when my potato and broccoli were long gone she returned with a medium rare steak. I ask to just have it boxed. The management came out paid for the potatoes and broccoli I received.
  I'm tired of trying to dine out only to receive substandard food and being left hungry and upset.
